Tim Mueller is a nationally recognized presenter, honored as the 2016 Wisconsin and 2017 SHAPE Midwest Middle School Physical Education Teacher of the Year. An adjunct professor at Concordia University, he teaches Methods of Teaching Elementary and Secondary PE. Since 1992, Tim has inspired students as a K–8 PE teacher at Erin School, where he continues to bring energy and purpose to his classroom every day.
Passionate about leadership and empowering others, Tim helps educators use movement to foster engaging, inclusive, and supportive classrooms. He also leads impactful teambuilding experiences for teacher inservices and student or adult teams—helping groups grow stronger through connection, collaboration, and movement.
He believes, “Good rapport with your students is a choice you make every day!”
Team Leadership Lab enhances leadership skills through engaging, hands-on activities using unique and fun equipment. These hands-on challenges strengthen teamwork, problem solving, communication, and self-reflection. Participants will discover their leadership potential, develop essential skills, and lead with confidence, resilience, and impact.
